As title suggests. I would like to change my double cab to a hardtop utility.
Is it doable? I was thinking of leaving the rear tub on as it's quite damaged around the mud flaps area and just getting a roof and the panel sides, back door also. Anything I might have to consider and how do I go about it with the log book? Cheers wil |

Cheers Blackwolf
Am I right in thinking that the side panels are just bolted on with a seal between it and the tub and likewise the roof? |

Yes.
There may be some (minor) alterations required if you use SIII sides, I am not entirely sure. There are others here who have done this conversion, or who have converted SW sides into USW sides and no doubt will be able to advice in more detail. It all just bolts together, however. The great joy of the current Defender - who knows if it will be true of the new one! |
