Hi All,
I've noticed that the door seals are not as efective as they were last winter - got a bit of a breeze coming in on most doors and when the waggon was being cleaned recenly water from a pressure hose came in and drenched my passanger! (just as wel the heaters are good!) So - how can I re-seal the doors seals Do I need to replace them or is it a case of adjustmnet some how... I cant belive the the seals have worn out as the waggon is just 3 yrs old. any thoughts? Wyvern,
My rear door seal suffered the same. I used a silicone grease and wiped over the seal, it revives the seal and allows it to become soft/supple again. A pressure washer will always allow water past the seal if directly applied as they are not resilient enough Worth a try with the silicone grease though! ![]() Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

My 110 rear door seals are terrible. The 110 is only 6 months old. The front door seals are sound.

HI K9,
Many thanks for the tip - will try the silicone when I get home and see what happens this is one of a long line of 110's that we've had and the only one where the water comes in from a pressure washer so easily .. so a bit of a shock!
