United Kingdom 2014 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Havana
1 step closer
borrowed a 110XS SW this morning and drove on most types of road to help me decide what to get.

i was really suprised on just how bad the turning circle is....i have a narrow turning from the lane into my road - i mean very narrow, and it won't go round the corner in one go.

also at something over 2m high it won't fit in any of the usual car parks i use.

my 90 300tdi could do all the above with ease.

so i have got a 90 Puma XS reserved for me when it comes into the dealer. it is a 59 plate.

if all goes well i could be the new owner by the end of July.

can't wait............. Thumbs Up BM52

Nice one Thumbs Up . Your right about the poor turning circle. I couldn't believe the difference when we traded our 90 for the 110. It's more like circumnavigating than turning, and can make you look like a bad driver. I hope you enjoy your 90 pal.

You can alsways adjust the bump stops so it has the same turning circle as a 90. At the end of the day the 110 is no longer than most estate cars. My wifes old VW Passat Estate is longer and turns sharper, so the length of the vehicle should not be affected by having a tighter turning circle!

I went from a 90 to a 110 and was disappointed with the turning circle, hence the above Thumbs Up 1964 Series IIA SWB Truck Cab - gone
