rear of 110
Has anyone come up with any clever ideas as to how to make best use of the rear of my 110 ulilty? Or if any companies sell anything? Still cant believe they put the window surround in even tho theres no windows this could only happen in a Defender.

I got a dog guard put in mine then i ply lined the sides and put 2 removable shelfs in the first one comes up to wheel arch and the second one goes up to the bottom of the window which i put a mantec window guard on the lining only took 3 hours and cover all plastic surrounds so there no chance of denting in body , i cant put photos on yet but i will post some later on, I can get alot in now 2 chain saws and all my tools for fencing and 2 jack russels and still have more space .

Rob, the window trim is a PITA. Along with the new shape wheel box!

Both makes fitting of the MSS stack and stow units more awkward.

Believe Kev at Mudstuff is doing an infill panel panel. Give him a ring and prod him along! Razz

Tack, nice ideas! Use Ali or steel 1" square tubing? Is that a Oz tent stretcher or King Goanna chair tucked away on nearside?

Boab do a top shelf look http://www.boab.biz/images/Space-Rack%20Factsheet.pdf

Have a wire cage in the top of our 110 overland vehicle which is good Thumbs Up

Understand there is now a severe shortage of Goanna and King Goanna stretchers in the UK Big Cry

Getting a little OT, but I was in Go Outdoors at the weekend and saw what I thought was a Oz Chair (not the Goanna but the other one!)

On closer inspection it was Outwell branded, so it may be worth checking if Outwell do the other types too.

Whilst that Outwell chair looks similar to the Oztent Kakoda chair that is as far as it goes.

The Outwell chair weighs less then 3.7 kg, costs £40 and no indication of its rating or warranty

The Oztent Kakoda chair costs £47, weighs 6.5 kg and is rated at 150 kg and carries a 5 year warranty.

Have been looking for alternatives whilst still keeping the spec and build specifications but no luck so far. Suggestions welcomed. OK going OT
