thanks pete, for the picture, it was really kind of you... I found out today direct from the manager LR in Australia, that the aust heritage will have air-conditioning....he never mentioned anything about the radio thou.
I like the grasmere green, in some pics on the internet, it looks like an olive green, then others-it seems very light green-like a sea foam green, supppose its how the light falls on it. I wonder how t compares to keswick green..Ive never seen keswick green in real life-except on the internet pics.

Im still trying to get a heritage 110, I have laid down a deposit with a dealer, but its all up in the air...have no idea what will happen. Confused

thanks Robbo

I fear these guys are just guessing . . . in typical car dealer style. Until they get an official dealer product brief they really don't know any more than we do. Nick

I wonder if the Series Ones are actually the final limited run of heritage Landrovers - that would be a pretty cool finale, a brand new 80"!

Incidentally, if that is a recreation of the 1948 production line, shouldn't the vehicles be Sage green not Deep Bronze? I can't remember when the change took place, have to look it up.

Looks well worth a visit, I'll have to try to get up there. Thanks for posting the photos.

The replica line represents the original 80" Land Rover production line , that started in 1948 and ran to 1953.

The vehicles on the line are those of approximately October 1949.

Earlier parts were simply too difficult to obtain.
