Had a great morning at the tour, graham our host did and excellent job, saw an Autobiography 110 in grey & black going into the production hall, lots of Adventure models most were in Corris Grey or Fuji White with sill protection panels fitted. Amazing how many of the cars are destined for overseas, saw at least 6 Australian cars going through the various stages.
Amazing to see the effort that goes into the manufacturing of a Defender, makes you appreciate it that wee bit more 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon 1971 Bowler Tomcat 88 4.2 V8 Auto 2022 110 D250 XS Edition - Gone 2024 110 D250 X-Dynamic HSE |

Hi Tim
Definitely a 110 Autobiography, it's a LHD order from what we were told, weren't allowed too, close but it had a label emblazoned with Autobiography LE and a two tone paint job with grey lower and black upper panels. I questioned Graham our host about it and he had it confirmed with the team leader, I was surprised too Tim as I know we ate only getting 90s in the UK!!! If only we were allowed cameras Cheers John 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon 1971 Bowler Tomcat 88 4.2 V8 Auto 2022 110 D250 XS Edition - Gone 2024 110 D250 X-Dynamic HSE |

It was insisted that all phones were turned off and put away before we left the LRE centre, saw a few nice cars today no Landmarks coming through yet and their were reluctant to talk about anything in detail!!
It's rubbish that the best 110 LEs seem to be sent abroad instead of selling them in the UK market. About 60% of the vehicles I got close to today were destined for Germany!! 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon 1971 Bowler Tomcat 88 4.2 V8 Auto 2022 110 D250 XS Edition - Gone 2024 110 D250 X-Dynamic HSE |

Well,, did my trip yesterday, with some good company ,, all really as above, pictures that were allowed to be taken, more or less the same that has already been posted
A few of the "special" both in production, and finished line up, It was noted that the "new" water ingress test feature, to check for leaks, was actually leaking itself !!! California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1 Main Brian James Trailer Dealer for South West UK |

That is very funny. Hope my 90 doesn't leak! The 110 I have leaks like a sieve, water, dust, fumes, small bugs!! |

I'll see you there then, Stanley, as my Wife and I are going tomorrow afternoon too!
One quick question for the guys who've already been: on the reminder email, it states all limbs must be fully covered. With the current weather, this sounds no fun. Am I likely to be thrown out onto the street for wearing a T-shirt? Can't see what difference it'd make, but I suppose the idiocy of modern health and safety cannot be underestimated. |

Do you get the tour free when you've just bought a new one, or do you still have to pay the £45? Also... anyone know why it's not letting you book one at the mo?
