The rear bumperettes are well within the widest point of the body work.

Nice bumperettes and great 'attention to detail' with the bolt head caps. They look great!

A lad riding a bike is not very pedestrian friendly. Cars for a decade have had to become ridiculous ugly fat bonneted shaped monstrosities to be more pedestrian friendly. But since when has there ever been anything the slightest bit pedestrian friendly about a Land Rover Defender? And it's all the better for it. The best pedestrian friendly advice I can give is 'stay walking on the pavement out of my way and then I won't hit you with my truck!  |

Ironically enough I may be wrong here but the Defender not being 'people friendly' (inside or out) aren't they just a cnother couple of reasons why production is ending?
"You are my crumple zone!" Or seen on a rear crossmember with an arrow "Your skid stops here!"  If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Like I said they have already paid for themselves on mine. All I have is a bit of White paint but the transit had a big dent. 110 Hardtop

I'd love a set of these, but I've got a rear ladder and it won't clear the bottom step. Unless I cut the bottom off of course. Craig Rogers

Click image to enlarge My neighbour in Chur has these ... twin tubular steel, welded and bolted to the rear, also 'loose' down the side. I poked  and that steel could be used to pull it upright after a roll over ..
The Kantonal 'MoT' is as strict as anything in the world, other posts have noted that any mod at all in Switz. needs 'TUV' certs. So where ever they came from, they are sound, might ask for info  Sold the much modified 110 2.8, in Oz
Brought the 90 home from Switzerland ... |

I've got a set of these brand new in the box in my shed.
went to fit them but they push against the mud flap bracket. Caterham had the same problem and his have pushed the mud flap bracket backwards. I phoned the supplier who weren't to helpful, hence been sat in the shed for 18 months or so. I suppose I could use a spacer to bring them back slightly. Has anyone else experienced this with fitting to a 110 SW? |
