Looks good!

I know someone (he owns the motorbike dealers I use) with a TD5 double cab who was talking about doing something like this to replace his Ifor Williams canopy Not sure if he has done anything about it yet but I think i'll point him in this direction. MAD COW

DCH, that looks really good!

Any chance of some photos of the front of the canopy? What did you do to seal the front of the canopy to the rear of the the double-cab?

Thanks.

can get some pics in a couple of days, need my daughters camera (and help geting them on here Embarassed ) and i'm working for the next couple of days, i'll try and get them on thurs pm, but in brief i got the roof and sides from a short wheel base series 3 hard top cut them down to size and riveted a sheet of ali as a front wall that butts up against the rear window.

Mr DCH, that looks really neat - would also appreciate some pics of the front panel mating upto the window.

Looks excellent......mine is coming with a solid black canvas cover. Nicer than the TDCi wendy house but still not secure....

Sorry DCH. Pics are in my gallery - you have probably seen them by now.

Are you going to leave the canopy white?

Cheers

Had a look in your gallery Steve and seen this:

What back is this? I am looking into a trojan back but they seem very pricey at first pass.

Cheers,

It's a Truckman Top, same as I have on my Truck.

Hi

Are these two models in the last pics a permanent solution, once fitted there's no way back ?

Or they can be removed and fitted as many times as needed ?

Is there a link to the maker ?

Thank you! Thumbs Up Regards
Joao

They are removeable as often as you need, ,mine is secured by 4 bolts.

As for buying them, best bet is a dealer - they have an agreement with LR, or certainly used to. 2002 Defender 110 DC

I think Truckman got taken over by these people a couple of year ago.

I bought my Top from them, very good service.
