Hi, MK!
Mine do the same, and I had my clutch replaced 10000 km ago (with 25000km), I think it's normal, but still don't ask my dealer about it, and it didn't do all times, so I think it's normal, waitng a little more time with clutch depressed may help, but not solve, and lets remenber that is a Defender, everything is possible!!!! |

For those mechanically wised, what could be the issue with Defender`s weak clutch?
Plate Size? springs? pressure plate? I know the 1st generation had problems with the springs, but I´m trying to find out why the 2nd type sometimes also fails. cheers MK Puma 110" SW ............................................................. Earth first. Other planets later |

1st service next week for me and some warranty work. I mentioned the clutch and I do believe they are going to replace it. Question is will it be 1st or 2nd generation on a 2010MY 59 2.4 110 XS Utility
