TD5 broken fuel union on fuel pump
Whilst refitting the tank on my 110 it fell off the jack which has resulted in the green ended fuel pupe union snapping. I see new pupes are £150 so would like to avoid having to replace if possible as they run all the way to the engine.

I see nakatenega do repair connectors. Do these fit into the existing pipe or is rubber hose required?

I am going to cut the access panel in the boot floor shortly so i have access without removing the tank. 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread

Well to close this out. Bought the set from Nakatanenga (via 4x4Overlander) which arrived very quickly.

Shortened the broken pipe slightly to fit the new one. Boiling water wasnt enough to soften the pipe sufficiently so cautious use of the heat gun was needed.

Only changed the broken one so far, will save the others. But saved me the £180 plus for the new fuel pipe.
