I had this and it turned out to be the wheel boxes seizing up so I replaced them with two cheepo ones which lasted about three weeks then did the sensible thing and stuck genuine ones in. Twice a year I take the wiper arms off and with the switch turned on so they're moving I spray acf50 into the small gap at the front and haven't had a problem since. Ray

Interesting. ..I actually did take the wipers blades off and noticed a bit of powdery rust coming out of the seal down into the spindle.
Gave it a good soaking with wd40!! Will see how it goes...Thanks for the response!! |
