I changed them at 33,000 (14 months) but they were too low to be of any real use at 30,000. The front n/s wore out completely in less than 30,000 though, but a tracking issue may have exacerbated that.

People report good mileages from them so I could only conclude that the poor result I had was due to the stone forest roads I spend a lot of time on and the compound not being tough enough to last well. Hence the BFGs, which have a good reputation for long life.
