Worked for me on sealing my roof Just make sure you wipe off any excess because it will leave like a PVA glue type varnish mess if you don't wipe it off immediately. Also make sure you do it on a warm dry day or in a workshop where it can creep in and dry, rather than get washed out again. You could try some of the Techsil RTV product range, its a very viscous product which we use for potting leds for use underwater.

For anyone trying to cure leaks or in Land Rover terms 'water ingress' this is the stuff to use. I believe it is the same product Land Rover use themselves at least in their water ingress manual it recommends this product.

Captain Tolley's in Saggydog's link is one of the best. If the cracks are large Captain Tolley's first then seal up with Sikaflex 29i afterwards.
