Interesting that this ad appears to imply that the genuine OEM standard wheels are actually sourced through Bearmach: ![]() http://whitelabel.globalauctionplatform.co...enturl=wca "You are bidding on Direct from the UK Ministry Of Defence 5 x Land Rover Wheels direct from reserve stores and still with original Land Rover Parts sticker." and the HD genuine ones sourced from Spain and only weigh 12.00kg! ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge |

^^Different weight, but also different part numbers. The Spanish ANR4583PM number is the correct part number for the Land Rover tubeless Wolf wheels, but the weight should be close to 17 KG, so not sure if that red and white sticker on those Spanish version is original, ..........or maybe printed in China? ![]() Supacat, questions, the version with the correct part number you show as sourced from Spain, were these sourced from a Land Rover dealer, and are they possibly the gloss black version which Land Rover now offer as an official accessory? If that is correct, was the Land Rover accessory number for these VPLDW0095PVT ? Or where they sourced from Spain, but not from Land Rover directly? Eric You never actually own a Defender. Interesting perspective ericvv . For comparison, this is photo I've just taken of label on one of the boxes from Duckworths:

^^ Quite a few detail differences between those two labels. Strengthens my suspicion that the 12.0 KG label has not really been printed in Spain, but in.......
![]() Would be interested to hear from Supacat if that 12.0KG version was supplied by a offical Land Rover dealer, or if it came from another source/reseller. I think we have learned here that when buying a real HD Wolf wheel, the weight should be approx 16.2KG, as my winter wheels from Land Rover Switzerland are indeed. ![]() Eric You never actually own a Defender. For clarification - I have not bought these wheels - they are being advertised for auction by Whithams: "You are bidding on Direct from the UK Ministry Of Defence 4 x Land Rover Defender Wolf Wheels direct from reserve stores and still with original Parts sticker/packaging etc." http://whitelabel.globalauctionplatform.co...enturl=wca |

Has the design of the HD wheel changed - this appears to be on standard wheels?
