I did mine with the doors on, it might make it a bit more awkward for welding, but my excuse was, I didnt want the hassle of re-hanging the door on my own, and I was working outside with no cover.....

When mine were done we took the doors off as it is simpler for welding. You only need to peel the edges of the skin along the bottom and as high as you are going up, carefully.

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably have it replaced in situ with the doors on, just carefully peeling back the door skin.
I'll check out the YRM offerings too! Then a spot of wayoyling to hopefully stop the rust for a bit longer. Rich. |
