Hi there!
According the workshop manual it is necessary to use the special tool: Remover, Steering Wheel (PN 211-295) to take out the piece. There is an alternative to take it out not using this tool? Cheers! Exactly the same as Landy Andy. Cannot emphasise enough to keep the centre nut on until the wheel is loose, alternative could be a nosebleed when it lets go and smacks you on the hooter. I loosened the nut and used a rubber mallet first removal.
If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Eduardo you're very welcome, only remove the nut totally if you have one of these handy.....

+1 for loosening first.
When I removed mine the first time without loosening, I also removed half my front tooth. |
