Amps query
I have just bought a pair of 100w driving lamps. I think i need a separate relay switch to operate them but dont know what amps they will pull. The wiring kits state the amps but dont say what that is equivalent to in watts? Any ideas

To be exact, 8.33 amps each, ie 16.66 amps for the pair. You would probably want to allow a slight margin above this, so I would say 20 amps minimum. Hope this helps!

For future reference if you divide the wattage output by the voltage, in this case 12v it'll give you the amp draw. Thumbs Up

20A fuse with a 30A rated 4 Pin relay.
Vehicle Wiring Products will have all you want, I'd use thinwall cable too.
