Looking at fitting a twin battery system to my 110 for expeds and trips away. I have all the parts to complete the job apart from the batterys.
Looking around the web I can find this version of the PC1500. There are several versions, but is this what everyone is using?? http://www.griffinbatterycentres.co.uk/com...ery/14-162 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

To be brutally honest, I have no idea. I spend money on parts that I'm told I need and a very good friend who is a whizz with Veh electrics hangs the electric string and makes it all work for me.
He worked wonders on my D3 when that was wired for a second battery. So I have no hesitation in letting him work his magic on my 110 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

I've hot the one with side terminals as they were cheaper, but they are a pain, making the two batteries more difficult to fit side by side. Got mine from Devon 4x4 as they were the cheapest with free postage.

From what I can see there are 3 versions of the PC 1500.
Top terminals Side terminals Top+side terminals. Cost between them is about £11 ish. For practicality I don't think he side only is the best option. So it's a choice of top or top and side.. Not sure what the side terminals would be used for though 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

Sorry should have made my post clearer. My batteries have top and side terminals. When in the battery tray you can't get to the side terminals, and they catch on the other battery whilst trying to fit remove them and are a pain in the arse.

Thanks for that info. Sort of dictates that it's the top terminals then. Will speak to my sparky and see what he thinks 110 D250 SE HT
