Hi all,
I have just placed an order for the Difflock Drain Plug and Hose for thr Defender TDCi Puma. I have waited a long time for this and they are now available. This makes the oil change a singe with no mess whatsever, see Difflock website for picture. Should anyone be interested in obtaining this you can contact Justin at sales @Difflock as he hasn't yet got the catalogue number sorted yet. Great piece of kit making oil changes from the sump almost a pleasure even without lifting the vehicle. Thought I might inform all of this. Cheers Joe 'El pepe flamenco' JLS 'El Pepe Flamenco' |

Do they stick out the bottom of the sump? I assume they're not that exposed. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

They stick out only slightly more than a normal plug, but that is because of the removable cap to keep the plug clean. Definately not exposed though |

I've been waiting for this, especially as the Puma sump plug has the rubber gasket as part of it and therefore is a replacement item every oil change. Never bothered with the Td5 or Tdi ones as the replacement washer d.idn't cost much, but now I'll consider it 110 2.4TDCi
