look on OpieOils.co.uk for Shell Helix Diesel Ultra AF-L 5W-30 Fully Synthetic Low SAPS Engine Oil.
That should do the job for a 2.2 Puma. 2.2 90 XS 88" Series One Old Norton

Was given this sheet by main dealer when I asked a couple of weeks ago. 
The non "L" version is apparently fine too. |
