AFAIK I seem to think it was one of the sponsors... Ada or Porny who T/A as IRB Developments who ran a load of dyno tests that indicated anywhere between 5-10Bhp loss.
I can only apologise if my memory is so utter :carp: & it should prove to have been BAS
Just search for raised air take intake should dig it out
