2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey

Err....not sure how this might have occurred....hmm...er. just been out to check fuel filter for audible click when its tightened up and strangely there was another 1/4 turn left

Seems strange that somebody would want to loosen the filter while I've not been watching since I last changed the filter?

...that said I'm sure it was probably (hopefully) tight enough for there not to be a problem

Too early to say that sure but it's not happen since I tightened the fuel filter up properly.
That said something similar (ish) happened.....

Pulled away and it seemed like the engine was running away quicker than I would have expected - but didn't die off.

So as was suggested PERHAPS Some air was getting into fuel???
