The master actuator on the drivers door failed so wasn't telling the other doors to lock so it stopped working as it wasn't remote locking, key in the door job.
When I eventually removed the system the ''waterproof'' controller mounted on my heater box in the engine bay was dripping with rust and when opened looked like it had been in the sea for a year. with genuine actuators and the control box mounted behind the dash somewhere it may be ok 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

I'm another one with an ebay cheapie, mine is branded Hawk and was pretty simple to fit to my Td5 110 station wagon. The only things that have gone wrong are wires running between the door pillar and the door have broken, that happens on the genuine article, and if and when a lock doesn't work properly I usually find it is due to the LR door mechanism not anything to do with the aftermarket bits. I'm happy to say that for the money I paid I'm in no way dissappointed.
