Problem with door lock/central locking

Key fob stopped locking the 90. Locking would engage and then instantly disengage with alarm sounding after a couple of seconds. Only then did I try locking with the key-and- the bl**dy lock barrel is completely seized.I assume that the mechanism behind is solid with whatever so will strip and relube with graphite. Does anyone know of an aftermarket set of lock barrels that includes the ignition as I want to work with just one key.
