Nanocom Fault code help

I am sure this has been covered before.

I look after a mates 2009 110 csw. Its started throwing up the engine management light every few days.

Plugged the Nanocom up again today

& it keeps showing the following codes

0404-72 EGR stuck open. Its on its 2nd EGR & is working

0100-29 Mass air flow A circuit signal invalid

1103-00 MAF sensor in range higher than expected. The MAF sensor is clean & has been replaced

0234-00 Turbo Charger over boost

Now apart from taping the EML lamp over

Any ideas why it keeps poping up

How do you know EGR are OK ?

Genuine or pattern replacement MAF - what are live values ?

look at hoses / intercooler / manifold - any leaks / delamination of hoses ? "Rafiki" 2007 110 STW - Rolling rebuild.
