Master cylinder, slave cylinder, flexible hose, clutch fork, and re bled the system?

Just re-read your first post, does the clutch work fine? If it's just the height of the pedal is too low (but still works) you can adjust the height of the pedal in the top of the clutch pedal box.

You can adjust the pedal height wth the linkage on the end of the master cylinder. You might be best getting a Haynes manual as it will show you pics of the exact bit to adjust
