It's generally 42mm for interior lights, you could allways try dropping a blob of solder on each end to make up the difference.

Above is correct but. Have 38/39mm in mine, a little smaller but the contacts can be bent a touch closer together yo egg a perfect fit.
Any smaller though and it's impossible. The standard bulbs generate quite a bit of heat, draw a decent amount and can flatten the battery quickly if not careful. Especially if there is two! I've got all of my LEDs and the lot put together even two fixtures and all the rest of it put together only use about 0.5A - 0.8A And about only 50mA for the rear just the light only, that's just 0.050A So both sandbars bulbs were pulling about 2 - 2.2 A (estimated) Now both pull around 0.8A combined. If you only had LED fixtures such as these then the draw plummets and is about 0.2A which is nothing really. KEEP CALM AND Drill ON 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

That's why these LEDs are on the 'Free' list cost they didn't fit! 1999 Defender TD5 110
