Just did mine. Took 45 minutes. Local specialist wanted £135 to do it!

Thinking about ordering a injector loom, few questions..
Iv looked in the red Ecu plug and no signs of oil, does the oil travel down the injector loom then towards red plug on Ecu? Will a new injector loom have a different design to stop this problem? Where's the best place to purchase the loom from? Cheers all |

Laurie, can you be a bit more specific as to how the engine was running/sounded prior to your loom swap?
Mine feels like its not going as it should, and seems to have a regular misfire ie slightly down on one cylinder at mid range revs. Goes OK if you really boot it, but not as progressive as I think it should be. I have already changed the MAF sensor, and checked the turbo actuator. No oil in my ecu. Only other possibility that I can think of is either injector loom, or egr. What do you reckon, is it similar to yours? 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV 1966 S2a 109 aka Betsy |

Basically it got very lumpy, like something had gone out of balance and a severe shortage of power.
