Me, just finished off papering & painting in the lounge so now I can get the fire surround back on and some normality back into the lounge and furniture re-arranged. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Trying to find a water leak in a small section of south facing wall that has eluded all attempts to find by myself and numerous roofers/builders for the last ten years Big Cry

Only ever have an issue when the wind is from the south (last week and again this coming Monday) and we know it is not coming from the roof - it has been stripped and replaced. Problem is it starts from near a corner and tracks along a joist. Fortunately the small ceiling area where the problem occurs is wood paneling so that is coming down and, hopefully, all may become apparent.

Will be working every day over the whole Christmas time, oh the joys of self employment. Laughing
I could make a list as long as my arm what needs to be done but I will get there bit by bit.
