Trying to find a water leak in a small section of south facing wall that has eluded all attempts to find by myself and numerous roofers/builders for the last ten years
Only ever have an issue when the wind is from the south (last week and again this coming Monday) and we know it is not coming from the roof - it has been stripped and replaced. Problem is it starts from near a corner and tracks along a joist. Fortunately the small ceiling area where the problem occurs is wood paneling so that is coming down and, hopefully, all may become apparent.
