Info on stub axles please

Hi all, I'm after a stub axle, overall height between 6-7 inches, and the ability to aquire a nut that fits on the threaded end,
A std 90 would be ideal but is too short overall length

It has nothing to do with bearings and such like, it's actually part of a build to secure a spare wheel down

Any ideas folks ?
