Double cab rear window: same as S/wagon?
Hi,

I just had an idea for protecting the rear window of my DC when loading the back with materials (logs have been thrown in today.!) Are the rear windows of a station wagon the same, allowing me to fit an exterior security grill?

I know if Idon't afford some protection, then possibly one day......

Cheers

Robin

Ps anyone know what the locking window clip things are officially called and can you replace them! Broke one today...

A double cab has a different shaped rear window (ie the one behind the row of three seats) to the one on a station wagon. I presume this is what you mean?

Robin, maybe you should be a wood elf more often and drink more cups of tea with me!

Am pretty sure that Safari Equip now do an external guard for the rear curved corners now. Not sure about the main rear window but guess they do one for that as well.

Thanks Mike, You've answered my question. Sunday night musing to avoid being inflicted by the x-factor.

Brendan, curiously enough, the wood elf is working today. He'd be happy to come by for a cup of tea with a sack or two to discuss further sometime this week?

Thanks

Robin
