Yes from the inside, but I have to admit mine doesn't have any headlining or something like that, all bare aluminium. Roel

I've had my TD5 110 wagon for just 3 months and have no regrets. I reckon I get about 28mpg, and I drive it normally, not like a Grandma and not as if it's a sports car.

If it rains hard I get some water in the passenger footwell mat, but that's my only spot and I'm planning on resolving that as soon as the weather improves and time allows.

It takes longer to warm up than a car, but there's more metal to warm up in that big engine. It clears the windscreen fine when it's warm. I really enjoy driving it, am always proud when I return to the vehicle. They're very charismatic...

2001 Defender 90 Td5 CSW Epsom Green
I drive an Epsom Green 90 Td5 CSW now I absolutely love it such character heritage and utility that no other vehicle provides. Yes it's got a few issues that need resolved when time and money allows, but nothing that stops it from day to day driving.... and passing MOT's so they aren't that important really then, are they?

What a car, I don't even find it that bad on juice compared to previous heavy automatic discoveries I have owned. Pleased to have the Mercedes as well though for day to day driving!

Why didn't I get one years ago!!!! Still this isn't going anywhere for a long time!

I also looks forward to snow again, not misery and sadness that a Mercedes provides at these times.... The snow tyres on the little VW are good, but, it's not the same is it! 2001 Td5 CSW (weekend and snow mobile) Plenty of lights, M/T tyres EGR delete, roofrack, swing away wheel carrier, snorkel.
