This could be a potential solution...
http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic21209.html?highlight=lowering You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

I went through this dilema and 'sorted' my 90 by using standard LR road springs, Koni shocks, Alive rear ARB [25mm i think] and I changed my BFGs to the softer GG ATs. I cover 250 fast road miles each week, long distances abroad on hols and it will still get along any normal green lane without issue,
The ride is now very good compared with the supplied HD rear springs, horrid standard shocks, over soft standard rear ARB. My wife even approves BM52 |
