Nice interior but I just don't "get" the SVX grille. Looks gawky.
Any engine mods? Can't tell from the German text! If not, that's one PRICEY tart up! Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion. |

Ah yes even I can see the engine is standard.
So our 110XS listed at 31k. So 20k more for a dodgy grille and a leather re-trim. Hmmm. That's rather steep. Very nicely done inside though - same colour leather as our BM (which is sapphire metallic black - similar) Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion. |

i've actually sat in one at AutoBritt in Geneva, nice motor, the leather looks better in real life but I can't image any of the 25 being used as a proper off roader.

At least they get a catalog detailing what the truck comes with. It seems there are so many special editions like that one with the grey body and black roof that I can't find any details on.

I wish they'd stop putting the SVX grille on every limited edition. Am I the only one who thinks it looks awful?
Don't mean to cause offence to anyone who's got one.... |

well, seems a bit steep to me, I have an all leather interior and a normal silver grill..(one of 150 special editions made for Germany) and it didn't cost me 51000 either...more in the neighbourhood of 23000, my interior isn't as boss as the black pearl, but it is a bit more functional I would presume. I guess if someone has the cash, and it keeps our trucks going as a production unit, more power to them.
Cheers enjoy the snow! 2008 Defender 110 60 year Edition (sold unfortunately) IN the hunt for another Puma for the wifey! 2008 Kia Sorento LX 😁 2.5crdi |
