How many Dinitrol cans?
Dinitrol is available in 500ml aerosol cans which is good via their site or E-bay store. My question is how many will I require on a 90 Puma? I will be doing pretty much everything under there except the bits that obviously must not be.

Info much appreciated.

Oh and photo's too if you have any completed. Wink KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

just done my 110, bought the large car kit, 10 cans underbody sealer and 7 cans cavity wax, i put plenty on and filled the chassis till it was dripping out everywhere, i had 1/2 can of the sealer left over and 1 can of cavity wax, i sprayed everything except obviously prop, exhaust, engine, brakes. as per zagatos instructions i did the sealer first then the cavity wax as it drips everywhere, kept a can of the sealer back to spray over where the cavity wax runs down the chassis, as its brown. hopefully that will give you some idea until someone with a 90 comes along Thumbs Up LIFE`S TOO SHORT TO DRIVE A BORING VEHICLE

Just a little less then I'd imagine. Smile What sort of finish does the underseal leave a black waxy finish? KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

yes, leaves a matt black hardish/rubbery finish but apparrently stays soft underneath, it looks like its just been painted matt black, the spray cans have a nice spray nozzle on them and buy the gun adapter for the top of the can. it saves that spray can finger syndrome and its only a few quid,
looks very nice and how it should look from the factory, i had wanted to do mine for a year and was concerned how it would look but now i`ve done it i would highly recommend it, and dont worry about getting runs in it as they soon dissappear, i got a few and came back to them a bit later and they had blended in Thumbs Up
i parked mine on a big plastic sheet on my grass as the cavity wax does make a mess but the underbody sealer hardly makes any mess at all, i did wear overalls but no gloves/mask/hard hat or condom. !!!!!!!!!!
any overspray wipes off with WD40.
i`ll try and get some pictures tomorrow. LIFE`S TOO SHORT TO DRIVE A BORING VEHICLE

Thank-you for the reply some really useful info there. Very Happy
Pictures would be great if you get the chance.
I was also going to stone chip it too before all this, after all I have cleaned the lot too perfection nearly so I may as well finish what I started properly. Very Happy KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

It shouldn't make too much difference but it's an extra layer of protection and something good forthe wax to cling onto. The couple of light rusty areas I'm going to clean up and Kurust first. So it will have been: Fully cleaned, dried out, rust areas cleaned and Kurust applied, stone chipped, chassis waxed, internals waxed.

And plenty of masking too I expect. If this weather sorts it's self out. Sad KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

That's excellent. Thank-you for doing that. I've just wrestled my clamp on diff guards off to give it a clean up too. Probably get QT's at some point but either way they had to come off.m I'll also have the springs to do as well. KEEP CALM AND Drill ON

That's good. Thumbs Up
I took off my diff guards today to do a proper clean up and they'll stay of for now. All bar the wheel arches (mainly the rears) I have cleaned and de-greased the lot. Smile
