Buy a can of ACF 50 and give them a spray of it every three to four weeks, might be the cheaper option to try first.

Possibly due to the screws having been disturbed some time in the past. A bit of Farecla G3 and some elbow grease [or T Cut if you must] followed by a touch up with some clear coat or as suggested a drop of ACF 50 should get rid of the staining and help slow down it happening again. Steve.
