Your probably right, but seeing as im the customer I always like to look at the date before I pay, just to make sure they aren't more than a year old. I cant see the point in buying 2 yr old tyres when you can demand them to be newer.

Tyre had a big nail and rep the tyre. I have a land rover and love it.

Sounds like I got a bargain £8 a tyre fitted and balanced. I did sell my old tyres so was not charged for disposal.
Regarding tyre shelf life :- as stated its all about how they are stored. Had a set of Bridgestone Potenzas fitted to the wife's toy, which lasted 12 months. They had to be changed due to the side walls perishing !! They were fitted by Volkswagen UK and were less than 2 years old. |
