I had a lot of problems with mine a while back, I'm not sure if the puma is the same as the TD5 but under the bonnet tucked away in the passenger side corner, just before the washer pipe goes through the bulkhead is a little plastic non return valve, this was sticking, I removed it and put a small piece of pipe in its place and never had that problem since. I'm not saying that is your problem but well worth a look. Optimists say the glass is half full..
Pessimists say the glass is half empty.. Engineers say the glass is twice the size it needs to be! |

Thank you, i had a wee search but didn't come across that thread. I was in about it last night and didn't see a non return valve. Ill have a look at pulling it off. William
