I got mine from here..
http://rjlandrovers.co.uk/defender/83-defender-door-hinges.html Mines a 300tdi and the hinges they supplied at the time were for the Td5. I needed to change my hinge gaskets to the Td5 gasket. They came in white and I had them resprayed. Still in perfect working order 3 yrs later. Just watch you dont loose the captive nuts inside the A pillar! |

Drivers door on 09 110 was dropping on opening door due to play in bottom hinge. Door adjusted up ok.
Many different aftermarket hinge blocks out there. I think LR spray doors after fitting hinges so when you remove hinge there is a paint line/ridge. If the replacement hinges are the same size or a fraction smaller you may well see the paint line. Some of the aftermarket ones have a slightly larger footprint and that solves the problem. If you like the stainless door hinges from Safari Euip I could work out a price and availability for you. Brendan |

Both my lower hinges died so i bought some m8 stainless cap head bolts removed the pins and drilled and tapped the hinges to suit. Works a treat and way cheaper than new hinges. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.
