Loads of options on where to mount it. How about on the left hand wing so the line in comes in e straight line from the rocker cover.
Do you want to return the oil to the sump? If so tapping into the turbo oil return pipe is an option. Are you venting to atmosphere or into the the stock PCV by the Turbo? www.td5.org |

Hello,
I have one fitted, but to a LH drive sorry. I would not bother returning to the sump, I fitted a clear pipe about 500mm long and capped the end this alows me to keep an eye on the qty of oil which is breathing. It doesn't really collect much oil but it is filling with water, not the best stuff to return to your sump. Steve |

Dont think you can vent to atmosphere in europe anymore, new regs put end to it, also if you was to do that and bypass the pcv you will see a small rise in crankcase pressure. Best way at least on a td5 is to do away with the pcv valve and vent direct from the provent to werethe pcv valve was mounted to the intake you can adjust for pressure on the provent, also if you do take return to sump or or turbo oil pipe, put a one way valve in the line.
