Yes, they'll fit straight in.
you may be better off getting some HD axle shafts though (like V8 24spline, although the drive hub is bigger with those... a factory disc braked HD shaft isn't listed (if you run alloy wheels then the hub will be too big)) you could always get some from Ashcrofts. |

All 90's from late 200Tdi 1992~3 with disc braked rear axles are 24 splined

I'll stay with the standard 24 spline shaft for a while. I'll have a look if they are the same as from the Camel as I only broke 2 in 7 years.
