It is true. At least one fluo vest for the driver has to be inside the car within hand reach. So at least the driver has to be able to exit the car wearing that fluo jacket. I have 4 more for eventual other passengers, but those fluo vests are stowed in the back. Theory is that the driver wearing a fluo vest can go get fluo vests for others exiting the car. And one remark about those silly alcotests. Make sure the expiry date is still ok, if not you are not law compliant. Luckily those silly balloon packs cost only like €2 a piece You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
