Sounds a bit random but maybe an earth fault? Darren

I've had a good look through the wiring diagram and I can't see anything that could cause the, especially as your alarm is not activated (because you are not using the fob)
Check all of your fuses and links in both boxes, especially those related to the indicators and check all of the earths but I suspect you either have a battery problem or a problem with your 10AS unit. |

Thanks both. I will check tomorrow.
I have recently taken my tow bar off to refurb the cross member - this included disconnecting the tow electrics. Could this have caused any issue? Thanks |

Update: went into the independent and they traced a wiring fault.
Inside the N/S front wing the lighting and alarm sounder wires had chafed together and therefore current to the lights was sent to the alarm sounder. All working fine now. Thanks for your input. |
