Much as I'm not a fan of the 'bolt/stick on' interior accessories I couldn't resist this one.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I like the look of the installed one that a few members on here have, but am saving that for next time I have the dash off This one caught my eye in Lidl, battery operated and sits nicely on the dash top, even blending quite well with the dash colour. inside and outside temperatures (frost alert as well) with a 3m lead to install the sensor (location to be decided ) also has a clock. No illumination but what do you expect for £3.99! It'll be interesting to see how accurate it is when I compare to a digital thermometer I have. Bit of a shame the brand name is reminiscent of something found on a ladies chest
Joking aside, I've got a cheap jobbie off fleabay, bit of a stupid wedge shape but fits perfectly stuck with double sided tape under my centre console on my Td5 My outside sensor started off behind the nearside headlight but there was too much heat from the engine so now it is tucked up behind one of the legs on my roofrack. |
