I've had a couple of 2.4 Defenders in recently and my SDD was not at all happy with the engine ECU. In fact I had to set the ECU up again. Both of them had one common denominator - both had been on Autologic just prior to them having to come to me.
Can you confirm that you have the lastest SDD software running when they tried it, or were they using an old Legacy IDS version? |

I think so, they updated the autologic when i came they said.
They just called that they could not fix the problem ! The only thing they said was it could be a serious mechanical problem or a electronic problem....... I could figure that out. Also said maybe the engine could be damaged seriously if i drive with it ! I dont know what to do now. |

I think you will need to find someone who has the Land Rover system and which is right up to date. Isn't there a Dealership along the motorway south og Groningen? I remember passimg it on my travels up north.
