I think it's down to people hitting the 'submit' button without reading through what they've typed.

I find sometime's what I type for a message actually once submitted turns out to be slightly different. For example a completely wrong letter used in a word. Perhaps it's just me typing too fast. Although I do check most of the time when I do submit a message first. No Guts, No Glory.

Even if you subit a post with a mistake, there is always the 'Edit' button An engine to TDi for!
