2 options.... either get a new winch or bumper (most likely bumper)..... or start hacking
Remember- the further forward the winch sits the worse the approach angle becomes. Glyn |

Looks tight on that one too. Could you elongate the holes in the bumper to mount it slightly futher out, away from the grille? 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

that bumper sticks out a fair bit and still looks close dont it mark the kbx grill correctly and take your time cutting to get a nice tight fit on the winch bit like what mcma1 done on his svx grill CSK Automotive

Ric,, I have the standard (Mantec) bumper, and std grill,, I have had to cut the grill, as wanted the winch as far in as possible

Yer, it's been sat here awaiting fitting for the last month, the trip has been a gentle push!
Think I've sorted the grill prob! Still getting messed around with regards the Mach 5 painting. Think I'm gonna have them done antherite (grey, don't know the correct colour) so hopefully they'll be done, then I'll go for a carbon colour on the next tyre change its only a car! |

The twisted photo looks like an air-con winch bumper, do you have this too?
