They aren't e marked so personally I wouldn't bother, if its the crystal ones you want, go for Wipac units

i had a set on my td5, there ok but the led's are
  basically there are two led's at the bottom which reflect round the rest of the light. not being e marked they did still pass the mot but as Grafty said the wipac clear units are the ones to go for
Or i sell these ones, there not the cheap nasty ones you tend to find on the market and dont relie on two leds reflecting instead they have individual ones all the way round the bottom £67.00 a pair

I got the Wipac Crystal lights with built in sidelights and used LED bulbs as DRL lights. Works well and they can be easily replaced if a LED fails.

The website includes the following clause:
Quote Please note that these H4 conversion headlights are only suitable for right-hand-drive models and off-road use as they are not E marked. Unquote So it seems that for right-hand-drive an E marking is not necessary  You English...  You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
