been eyeing up a tool set a halfords for some time and yesterday thought I'd treat myself ....
got in there and all the prices had been removed, so the £200 set that had been reduced to £100 was no more. when I asked I was told it was £250 !!! turns out I was getting confused between the 150 piece set and the 170 set..... any how at the back of the shop there was another display with the same tool sets and prices in place so I enquired if they'd do me the £200 set reduced to £100 (150 piece).....said yes but could do me a deal on the 170 piece set for £130 not £250. agreed it was a good deal but I couldn't afford the extra £30. they then very kindly offered me the 170 piece set for £100 !!! so I've got me a £250 set for £100 - I'm well happy and have to say I think they're professional kits are very good. good selection of kit and good quality. I'm a happy bunny. |

Bravo! You deserve some good luck Perhaps Halfords can give LR a few lessons Hope you have a great Christmas Matt Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

cheers Matt / mate.
I'm very much on the verge of giving LR one chance after hitting them with a letter. what I mean by one last chance is chopping mine in for a new one. in the mean time I'll keeping smiling by opening up my new toolbox and having a peep |

Currently £125 on halfords website, order before 12pm and get it for £112.50. I assume it's the same one?

TACK.
yes thats the one ! so a good deal as I thought at £100. I was hoping to walk away with the 150 piece set at £100. to walk away with the 170 I'm well have had the socket sets for tool chest for sometime now and although they don't get a huge amount of action are like new.. a few oil changes and pad replacements and they've paid for themselves. |
